Welcome to my portfolio site! I am a mix of developer and designer, “Devsigner” as some people call it. My specialty is creating custom WordPress themes and responsive websites. My interest in web development started at The University of Colorado at Boulder when I enrolled in the Technology, Arts, and Media (TAM) minor program my junior year of undergraduate study. Since then I have constantly been adapting to new trends in the industry, and utilizing the most innovative web practice standards.

Pours 4 Paws / WordPress Web Development
I built this site as a freelance side project in collaboration with a graphic designer. We developed the companies branding, promotional materials, email marketing, and website in 2017. I coded the site using an underscores.me starter theme, bootstrap, and custom post types.

I am a talented front-end web development professional with demonstrated design experience, and outstanding proficiency in adapting to new tasks/projects. I have excellent skills in various front-end web technologies including Bootstrap, Knockout.js, React.js, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and XML. Additionally, I have an extensive background in customizing Content Management Systems including WordPress, Sharepoint, Joomla, Drupal, and Shopify. In doing so I have developed a knack for writing PHP in relation to manipulating CMS platforms. Lately, I have broadened my skill-set by developing with SASS/LESS, CSS3 animations, and JavaScript. Some of my other web development skills include SEO, MySQL, UX design, photography, video editing, security, and API integrations.
